We started using Joan when we moved into a new office in February. Our team grew from 8 people with a small huddle room to 16 people with one conference room and one huddle room, and having a system in place to monitor usage, send reminders (both to staff and guests) and help schedule spaces has been invaluable. Very easy to use and integrated seamlessly into our existing procedures. We didn’t need to change anything about the way we operate so implementation was very quick. Joan extracts the information from Outlook and displays it. Everyone was very excited to see their appointments outside the conference rooms. Joan is now being used every day by our team.
