We started using Joan when we moved into a new office in February. Very easy to use and integrated seamlessly into our existing procedures. We didn’t need to change anything about the way we operate so implementation was very quick. Joan extracts the information from Outlook and displays it. Everyone was very excited to see their appointments outside the conference rooms. Joan is now being used every day by our team.
